May GHIN Billing

The first 2026 GHIN statements will be sent to all clubs and courses at the beginning of May. To ensure accurate GHIN billing, we recommend each course or club update its GHIN roster for active and inactive members prior to April 30th.

 

Please note that beginning with the 5/1/2026 GHIN billing, we are discontinuing the 5% payment discount and all invoices will have terms of Net 30 Days. Please contact finance@massgolf.org with any questions.

Best Tees Bass Rocks

Take Advantage of this FREE Pace of Play Tool

One of the many benefits of Mass Golf's new Club Partner Program is the USGA Best Tees System, a free and new tool to help your club manage pace of play. The USGA Best Tees system will help guide your players in the right direction, based on how far each golfer hits their 7 iron. To get your club's Best Tees infographic just send a copy of your club's scorecard to Mark Gagne at mgagne@massgolf.org.

Limited Availability for USGA Course Consulting Service Grants

Any Member Club may apply for a limited number of fully funded, half day USGA Course Consulting Service (CCS) visits by USGA Agronomists, who will follow up with a written report of observations and recommendations to the club.

The USGA Handicap Review Tool is continuing to roll out in a phased approach, with Phase 3 now live in the GHIN Admin portal. Please be on the lookout for a dedicated Mass Golf email blast next week that will thoroughly explain important details regarding the tool.
