Please note that beginning with the 5/1/2026 GHIN billing, we are discontinuing the 5% payment discount and all invoices will have terms of Net 30 Days. Please contact finance@massgolf.org with any questions.

Don't Forget - Spring Cleaning

Check Your Course's Stroke Index & Yardages

Before the season starts, be sure to check your course's stroke index and yardages in the GHIN Admin Portal. The stroke index in the GHIN system ensures that golfers are receiving handicap strokes in the proper order, ensures equitable scoring for matches and is used to calculate net double bogeys for score posting. 

 

How to view: Log into the GHIN Admin Portal > Select a golfer on your roster > Post a Score tab > Use the Course/Tee dropdown to view the stroke index and yardage for each tee set. If you see any discrepancies, please contact Tom Giffin at tgiffin@massgolf.org.

Mass Golf Event Volunteer Info Webinar 

Monday, March 30th at 4 pm

Mass Golf is hosting a webinar for anybody interested in learning more about becoming a Mass Golf Events Volunteer! During this volunteer trainee webinar, the Mass Golf events staff will be walking you through what Mass Golf does, how you can help as an event volunteer, and hosting a Q&A. The staff will walk you through a variety of helpful resources to learn more about the volunteer program.
