WHS Club Authorization Deadline Approaching - July 1st

If your course has not completed the 2026 WHS Club Authorization process, please log into your GHIN Admin Portal > navigate to the Club Authorization tab > click the Complete Assessment button to update your club's information if applicable. If you have any questions, please contact ghin@massgolf.org.

Helpful Billing Reminders

The May GHIN invoices and rosters were e-mailed out on May 8^th. If you did not receive them or need them again, please let Finance know.
You have until May 31^st to request credits for golfers who were inactive on April 30^th. Please go to the USGA portal and inactivate the golfers there before requesting a credit.
Invoice terms are Net 30 days; the early payment discount is no longer available
If you have a balance due, you should have received an invite from Versapay, our new online payment platform where you can pay your invoice by credit card or ACH and sign up for portal access to view invoices, credit memos and payment history.
If you’re Members Now! club and we owe you, checks will be mailed by the end of the month. Want to get paid faster? Sign up for payment by ACH by requesting the form from Finance.
