Adjusted September-October Pro Shop/ Golf Course Hours

(All days) Open at 8:00am. Last tee time varies with the day’s sunset.

Members can book their tee times ten days in advance; non-members can book five days in advance.

New Tee Markers and Scorecards

The tee markers are now White (forward) and Blue (back).  The scorecards have been updated to reflect the change, and the local rules have been updated as well.  Please review the scorecard local rules before you go out to play.

September Events That Affect Regular Play

Friday September 19th, Youth on Course 100 Hole Hike, the front nine will be closed until approximately 2:30pm (rain date September 26th).

Regular League Play

September Wednesdays, Women’s Wednesday League, 5:00 shotgun start on the front nine.

First Tee Classes

Beginning September 8th, First Tee classes will be held during the month of September and October on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday from 4:00pm-5:30pm.  

The front nine will be closed during that time.

No classes on Columbus Day, Monday October 13th.

2nd Annual First Tee of Massachusetts Chapter Championship

Congratulations to the team from The Links at Mass Golf on winning the team championship. The Links Team outpaced eight other teams from around the state to capture their second title in succession.  

Members of the winning team include Lucas Delisle, Jeremy Deveneau, Liam Martinsen, Madalyn Murphy, Jenna Saini, and Jack Yucatonis.

Drew’s Tip of the Month

“If you don’t like your results, do something different, not something better.”

“Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong.”

Your bad shots hurt your score more than your good shots help it.  Replace your bad shots with average shots and your score will come down dramatically.  The best advice on course management is to always hit to spot (a conservative target) that will leave you with an easy next shot, allowing you to make a confident swing.  You do not have to hit perfect shots, just playable ones.
